Tribunal maintains injury finding on steel plate from Ukraine

November 13, 2020

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in February 2010 (and prolonged in 2015) concerning the dumping of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported from Ukraine.

The Tribunal found that the dumping of the above-mentioned goods were likely to result in injury to Canadian industry.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products.
