Tribunal finds dumping of wheat gluten from six countries injures Canadian industry

April 30, 2021

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced its finding that the dumping of wheat gluten, originating in or exported from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania, has caused injury to the domestic industry.

Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on importations of these goods from the six countries.

The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the CBSA of a final determination of dumping dated March 23, 2021.
