CBSA issues dumping determination on oil country tubular goods from Mexico

October 1, 2021

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain oil country tubular goods from Mexico.

Provisional duties at rates ranging from 51.1% to 128.4% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after September 28, 2021.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
