The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to certain container chassis from China.

Provisional duties at rates ranging from 59.1% to 151.8% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after October 21, 2021.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping and subsidizing are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
