The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain oil country tubular goods from Austria.

Provisional duties at rates ranging from 35.1% to 91.0% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after October 25, 2021.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
