CBSA confirms dumping decision on oil country tubular goods from Mexico

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it made its final determination of dumping concerning certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Mexico.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping is causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by January 26, 2022.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal's order or finding.
