Tribunal maintains injury finding on steel grating from China

February 4, 2022

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its April 2011 order (renewed in 2016) concerning the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from China.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry and as such it continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these goods.
