The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to c certain mattresses from China.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 23.01% to 173.36% will now be payable on the subject good that are released from customs on or after July 7, 2022.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by November 4, 2022, if the dumping and subsidizing are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
