Tribunal maintains injury finding on steel line pipe from South Korea

September 6, 2023

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in January 2018 concerning the dumping of carbon and alloy steel line pipe from the Republic of Korea.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry and as such, continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products.
