The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in May 2012 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of stainless steel sinks originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry. As such, the Tribunal continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on this product.
