Tribunal maintains injury finding on steel piling pipe from China

January 19, 2024

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its order made in July 2018 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of steel piling pipe from the People's Republic of China.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry and as such, continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these products.
