Tribunal maintains injury finding on dry wheat pasta from Trkiye

March 20, 2024

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its order made in July 2018 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of dry wheat pasta from the Republic of Trkiye.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry and as such, continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these products.
