CBSA extends reinvestigation of values of oil country tubular goods from several countries

October 2, 2024

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it needed more time to complete the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Trkiye and Vietnam.

The re-investigation has been extended to conclude by January 31st, 2025 due to the complexity of the issues presented and the number of persons involved

Orders from the Canadian International Trade Tribunal impose anti-dumping and/or countervailing duties on importations of the specified goods.
