Tribunal maintains injury finding on structural tubing from South Korea and Trkiye

July 22, 2025

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced that it continued its orders, made in October 2019, concerning the dumping of structural tubing from South Korea and Trkiye.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its order.

Back in February the Canada Border Services Agency had determined that the expiry of the order was is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping.

Following the Tribunal's decision to continue it's order the Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
