The Canadian International Trade Tribunal initiated an interim review of its order made in March 2021 concerning photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from China.

The purpose of this interim review is to determine if the order should be continued, with or without amendment, i.e. whether a requested product exclusion should be granted or not.

This review was initiated at the request of a Canadian manufacturer, following a Tribunal determination that the request was properly documented.

The Tribunal will issue its order in due course.
