The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing respecting forged grinding media originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 43.6% to 125.3% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after May 25, 2026.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by September 22, 2026, if the dumping and subsidizing are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
