The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its order made in December 2020 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of oil country tubular goods from China.
Following a review the Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its order.
The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and/or countervailing duties on these goods.
