CBSA issues preliminary dumping determinations on wheat gluten from three countries

September 24, 2026

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting wheat gluten originating in or exported from Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom

Provisional duties at rates ranging from 7% to 66.1% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after September 17, 2026.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
