The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it needed more time to complete the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from South Korea by the following companies:
Husteel Co., Ltd.
Soon Hong Trading Co., Ltd.
Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.
The re-investigation has been extended to conclude by December 14, 2026.
This administrative review forms part of the CBSA's administration and enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's (CITT) order issued on September 6, 2023.
